Describe your cooking style in three words: Approachable. Comfort. Seasonal.

What’s you signature dish? It’s not up on the blog yet, but Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie.

What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? Mint. Most people think it’s just for sweet dishes, but it can really elevate savory flavors, too.

What’s the best cooking advice you’ve ever received? When it comes to your ingredients, keep them simple and fresh.

If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? Probably Marcel Proust. He’s one of my favorite authors, partly because he’s so verbose. I would love to sit and listen to all the different ways he would describe the food.
