Describe your cooking style in three words: Delicious. Fun. Friendly.
What’s your signature dish? Definitely a fancy, fun, grilled cheese of some sort.
What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? I’m not sure if it’s underrated or not, but I use a lot of scallions, not just as a garnish, but as an actual flavoring.
What’s the best cooking advice you’ve ever received? Taste before you serve!
If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? I think it would be really interesting to have dinner with Momofuku Ando, the creator of instant noodles. He brought noodles to the masses and I think we would have a lot of fun chatting about the evolution of noodles from then until now.
